The process could not be any simpler:
Step 1: Sign up as a member below
Step 2: Once confirmed, we will immediately send you property options to suit your needs and budget (pricing starts from US$ 1750 per month up to about $10k a month, inclusive of all bills, maintenance and a weekly housekeeper based on your property category and size), as well as work through any other requirements you may have e.g. Long Term Residency Visa application
Step 3: Pack a bag and turn up - we'll be there to meet and greet you on arrival to paradise!

NB* We have waived all joining fees typically payable on application. Once you are part of our community but before we process your accommodation or concierge requirements, if we are unable to fulfil your request within 14 working days from sign up, we will refund your membership fee in full. It is non-refundable after 14 days.
Please note, memberships are limited to 100 per location. If the location is full, you will be asked to consider another location or placed on a waiting list until there is availability.
We are only able to facilitate accommodation or concierge requests for members of our community. Assisting members to arrange international travel, accommodation and providing all the perks and benefits requires a team to ensure the smooth delivery of the service. That is why we request that you become a member first. As a member you will receive automatic benefits such as access to an online global community through hub, access to reciprocal clubs around the world much more...
Membership will give you access to all the membership benefits irrespective of the property package you select or should you choose to source your own accommodation.
Our pricing structure ensures that we are generally cheaper than a high-end Hotel or AirBnB but slightly more expensive than if you found yourself a long term let of 6 months or more. Our service is designed to take away the headache of trying to arrange everything remotely by yourself and our pricing reflects that. In addition to all the membership benefits available for members, you will have a local expert assisting you. All our properties are of the same or similar standard and would be classed as 3*** or above irrespective of the category or size they may fall under.
